Art Deco Palladium Diamond Foliate with Pearl Drop Earrings

$1,195.00

These late art deco earrings were made in the 1940's during World War II when Platinum was being monopolized by the war effort.  A foliate design in palladium containing 20 round diamonds with a total weight of .20ctw grading SI1-SI2 clarity, H-I color, they remind me of Victory wings.  The earrings also feature 6.8mm fine quality saltwater cultured Akoya pearls in the center and 7.3 mm pearl dangles.  The earrings have post backs and measure 1 inch x 5/8 inch.  Circa 1940's.

Appraisal value: $1825
